== How It Works ==

- If the customer selects Cash on Delivery at checkout, the specified fee is automatically added to their order.
- If the cart/order total exceeds the specified limit, the COD option will be hidden at checkout.
- If "Fee amount is without VAT" is checked, the fee will be added as tax-free.
- All settings are instantly applied – no need to edit code or theme files.

Q: The plugin does not appear in the admin menu.  
A: Make sure it is activated and that you have administrator privileges.

== Installation ==

1. Unzip the archive. Upload the folder `cash-on-delivery-amount-limit` to your site's `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Go to **Plugins > Installed Plugins** and activate "Cash on Delivery Amount Limit".
3. Go to **WooCommerce > Cash on Delivery Limit** in your admin dashboard.
4. Configure the settings as you wish:
   - Set the COD fee.
   - Set the maximum cart total for COD.
   - Choose if the fee should be tax-free or include VAT.
5. Click **Save Changes**.
